sam is really cool.

she paints stuff and draws stuff and also naps and reads and yogas and gardens. mostly naps. she lives in new jersey with her cat, wally, and is a member of the westfield public arts committee. she has a degree in both art history and american studies that she does absolutely nothing with.

wait should this be written in the first person? okay let’s start again:

hi! i’m sam! i paint! i read, i nap, and when i’m done doing those things i do them again. i’ve been painting my whole life and had what i am calling a “pandemic epiphany” and decided to sell my art. i have a weird fascination with triangles and textures and now i make art about them.

i currently paint paintings and sometimes paint murals, maybe one day print prints? maybe one day open that imaginary store that looks an awful lot like rose apothecary but somehow better? until then, i will be napping. yes i’ve mentioned napping four (4) times, that’s how important it is to me.
